Policies and Procedures

  • 1.Meet and Greet- A complimentary meet and greet is to be completed before any new services can be booked by a new client.

  • From Wags to Wiggles LLC reserves the right to refuse services to any client, at any time and for any reason.

  • 2.Client Portal: All of From Wags to Wiggles LLC clients will be required to have a client portal account. It is the clients responsibility to provide all necessary information to care for their pet(s). It is the sole responsibility of the client to keep the information in their client portal profile up to date and accurate at all times.   • 3.Scheduling: Once the required meet and greet has been completed and the new clients portal has been activated, all scheduling, cancellations, and schedule changes will be requested through their time to pet client portal: https://www.timetopet.com/portal/fromwagstowiggles If assistance is needed please call the office at 218-460-9791 Please note services are not considered booked until you've received a confirmation email or text.

  • 4.Cancellations: To submit a cancellation please log in to the client portal, select the appropriate dates on the home screen, and press, “cancel” on the services needing cancellation. If you are not able to log in please call 218-460-9791 and leave a detailed message to submit your cancellation. Services are NOT considered canceled until you receive notice via email or text that your services have been canceled as requested.

  • 5.From Wags to Wiggles LLC reserves the right to refuse services to any client, at any time and for any reason.

  • 6.Client agrees to pay all charges accrued for services rendered. Client understands that payment is due at or prior to the commencement of services unless agreed upon and with proper written documentation with signatures.

  • 7.Extra Services-Any charges for unplanned services will be due within 7 days of completion of services. A new invoice including these charges will be sent to the client upon completion of said services.

  • 8.This signed agreement gives From Wags to Wiggles LLC and its representatives authorization to enter the clients listed address as needed to perform agreed upon services.

  • 9. In any event that a client is going to be absent from their home for 24 hrs or more, From Wags to Wiggles LLC requires a minimum of 1 scheduled visit per day for cats and a minimum of 3 scheduled visits per day for dogs. All other animals required visit frequencies are to be determined at the discretion of From Wags to Wiggles LLC or its representatives prior to services being rendered.

  • 10.Vacation Confirmation: Client agrees to call the From Wags to Wiggles LLC office prior to leaving on their trip to confirm departure day/time, and again upon returning home to let us know that pets are safe. If Client expects to arrive home earlier or later than planned, From Wags to Wiggles LLC must be notified as soon as possible.

  • 11.Client is responsible for supplying the equipment and supplies needed to care for their pet(s). Including but not limited to; a durable, well fitting harness or collar, and a leash for walks( or in case of emergency), pet food, medications, litter boxes, cat litter, cleaning supplies. If supplies are depleted during a client's absence, the client authorizes From Wags to Wiggles LLC and its representatives to purchase any supplies that are deemed necessary to perform duties at a satisfactory level. In lue of such a situation a $25.00 service fee will be added in addition to the cost of the supplies.

  • 12.Client is to supply an ID tag for their pet(s), if one is not supplied From Wags to Wiggles LLC will supply the ID tag(s) which will read as follows " Please call my Dog Walker (218)460-9791"

  • Client warrants that pet(s) are currently up to date on all vaccinations in ordinance with all local, state, and federal laws.

  • 13.From Wags to Wiggles LLC and its representatives reserve the right to terminate this contract at any time if, based on his/her discretion it is determined to be unsafe to care for the client's pet(s). If it is determined that we are unable to care for your pet(s) we will attempt to contact you to set up alternative care. However if you are unreachable you authorize From Wags to Wiggles LLC to place your pet(s) in a kennel with all charges and fees accrued being charged to you.

  • Client agrees to notify From Wags to Wiggles LLC of any concerns within 24 hours after services are provided.

  • 14.In the event that a client's pet(s) becomes ill or injured, From Wags to Wiggles LLC will follow the directions as stated on the Veterinary Release Form.

  • Client agrees to promptly secure the home prior to leaving the premises. From Wags to Wiggles LLC and its representatives will re-secure the home to the best of its ability at the end of each visit.

  • 15.Inclement weather/ Natural Disaster/ Act of War: In the event of inclement weather, a natural disaster or an act of war, From Wags to Wiggles LLC and its representatives are entrusted to use their best judgment in caring for the pet(s) and home. Client agrees that in the event of inclement weather, a natural disaster or an act of war, From Wags to Wiggles LLC and its representatives reserve the right to alter services outlined in this agreement.

  • 16.Locksmith: Client authorizes From Wags to Wiggles LLC and its representatives to employ a locksmith in the event of a malfunctioning lock, keys, keypad,  automatic door opener or any other agreed upon means of entry. Client is to immediately reimburse From Wags to Wiggles LLC for all costs incurred due to said malfunction.

  • 17.Personal emergency: In the event of personal emergency or illness of a pet sitter, Client authorizes From Wags to Wiggles LLC to arrange for another qualified person to fulfill agreed upon responsibilities as set forth on this contract. Clients will be notified if such a case arises.

  • 18.Home Entry/Lock Box: We recommend all clients provide a lock box on their property with two tested keys to act as the primary means of entry for From Wags to Wiggles LLC and its representatives. We recommend that clients place their lock box at a side, back entry or other area that is not visible from the street. It is the clients responsibility to keep their client portal updated with the lock box code and location. Client is to test both keys before placing them in the lockbox to ensure they are correct before we provide services. From Wags to Wiggles LLC is not liable for lost or stolen keys due to clients negligence. Do not give your lock box information to anyone, It is to be placed on the clients portal. Please have your lock box and keys ready for testing at your complimentary meet and greet. If a client should choose to forgo the use of a lockbox in favor of an alternative method, Please beware that no matter the method of entry that is chosen it is still solely the responsibility of the client. If a client's coded entry system does not work for ANY reason the client authorizes From Wags to Wiggles LLc or its representatives to employ a locksmith on their behalf. (see Policy and Procedure 16 Locksmith)

  • 19.Alternative Means Of Entry: If a client chooses to forgo the use of a lockbox they must provide From Wags to Wiggles LLC with two keys.Said keys will be kept secured in our office for as long as you remain an active client of From Wags to Wiggles LLC. Please note that all keys are stored with a unique identification pin that correlates to your account, only From Wags to Wiggles LLC has access to this information.

  • 20.Snow and Ice Removal: All snow and Ice removal is the responsibility of the client. Please make arrangements for someone to come and remove all snow & ice from your driveway, walkways, and home entrances/exits. NO refunds or credits will be given if we are unable to reach your home due to snow or ice. The client's emergency contact will be notified. The client is responsible for any injury that may occur to From Wags to Wiggles LLC and/or its representatives due to improper snow and ice removal. The client is responsible for any injury that may occur to their pet(s) due to improper snow or ice removal. From Wags to Wiggles LLC will not be held liable for any damages to clients personal property including but not limited to clients home, clients property etc.

  • 21.Pet Guardianship: In the unfortunate event that a client were to become incapacitated while their pet(s) is in the care of From Wags to Wiggles LLC or its representatives, the pet guardian(s) listed in the client portal will be contacted to assume responsibility of clients pet(s). It is the clients responsibility to keep pet guardianship information up to date in the client portal at all times. We at From Wags to Wiggles LLC urge you to address the future care of your pet(s) when planning your estate. Please be sure the named person(s) is/are aware you are appointing them as guardian(s) of your pet(s).

  • 22.Privacy Policy: All of your information will be kept private and confidential. Client information will not be shared unless requested in writing by the client or by subpoena of law enforcement agencies.

Liability:

  1. From Wags to Wiggles LLC agrees to provide Dog Walking, Pet Sitting, and any other pet care services offered in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner. In consideration of services and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives and releases From Wags to Wiggles LLC from any and all claims against the company, its owners, employees, and representatives, except those arising from negligence or willful misconduct on the part of From Wags to Wiggles LLC.

  2. From Wags to Wiggles LLC is not responsible for any damages beyond the control of the pet sitter/dog walker.

  3. From Wags to Wiggles LLC is not liable for any loss or damages in the event of a burglary or other crime that may occur while under this contract.

  4.  Client accepts full financial responsibility for any medical expenses or other damages that are a direct result from injury to From Wags to Wiggles LLC staff or representatives, other persons or other animals caused by the clients pet(s) or negligent act.

  5.  Emergency contact: Client agrees to provide From Wags to Wiggles LLC with contact information where he/she can be reached while away. Client will also provide a name and phone number of someone who is authorized to handle any major problems that may arise. If Client or designated contact person cannot be reached in a timely manner, Client agrees to accept any decisions that From Wags to Wiggles LLC and its representatives make in regards to pet care or Client’s property.

  6. Visitors: If anyone will be entering the Client's home while it is under the care of From Wags to Wiggles LLC or its representatives, the Client agrees to notify From Wags to Wiggles LLC as soon as possible. From Wags to Wiggles LLC and/or its representatives will not enter an occupied home if we have not been previously informed of visitors. Similarly, unless From Wags to Wiggles LLC or its representatives are instructed by the Client, we will not allow access to the premises by any visitors. From Wags to Wiggles LLC and/or its representatives will not be held responsible for any damages incurred to Client’s home or pet(s) by any visitors. It is understood that anyone with access to the home will be notified of From Wags to Wiggles LLCs presence and vice versa. The police will be called, without exception, on all intruders or suspicious acts.

7.Outdoor access: From Wags to Wiggles LLC and its representatives will not be held liable for the well being or actions of any pet that has unsupervised access to the outdoors.

8.Future Services: Client authorizes this signed agreement to be valid for future services without additional signed contracts or written authorization.

9.Photo Sharing: Client agrees to permit From Wags to Wiggles LLC to share photographs of their pet(s) on their website and/or social media pages, brochures, flyers or ads. No property location information will be provides with said photographs.

10.House Cleanliness: From Wags to Wiggles LLC will clean up after your pets to the best of our ability. Please inform us of the designated area for the appropriate cleaning supplies. From Wags to Wiggles LLC is not responsible for carpet or flooring stains created by your pet(s). We request that you provide plastic bags, towels, cleaning products, paper towels, and trash bags. If there are accidents above and beyond the normal amount anticipated, From Wags to Wiggles LLC will charge a reasonable fee for clean up time.

11. From Wags to WIggles LLC reserves the right to alter the policies and procedures at any time, for any reason without prior notification.
