During this meeting, clients have the chance to discuss their pet's needs, routines, and any specific instructions or concerns they may have. We take the time to get to know each pet and their unique personality to ensure a personalized and tailored approach to their care. This initial meeting also allows clients to ask questions about our services, and feel confident that their pet companions will be in good hands. Overall, our free consultation/meet and greet sets the stage for a trusting and collaborative relationship between pet parents and us as pet care professionals.

  • We have a variety of options to fulfil the needs of everyone. Our services range from 30 minutes to 1 hour with the opportunity to purchase additional time if it is needed. The more slots of time that are purchased the cheaper your services become. We are more of a build a plan that works for you and your beloved pet type of business.

  • As of right now we are not available to do overnight visits full time. We accept overnights on a case-by-case basis, based on availability.

    As far as an all-day visit goes, based on our availability we could accommodate a 8-12 hour day.

  • We are fully certified in not only pet first aid but pet CPR, pet psychology and pet nutrition as well. We are always looking for opportunities to further our knowledge base and experience, and consistently take classes to do so.

  • We use a pet sitting/ dog walking software called TimetoPet which allows us to provide you with a visit note. In this visit note there will be pictures, videos, any notes that we have for you and even a map that shows you the route in which we walked your dog!

  • Absolutely! We understand that each pet is unique and may have special needs or routines. We will work closely with you to establish a care plan that meets you pet(s) specific needs.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our services and to accommodate all clients effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

    Cancellation Period: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of any scheduled service.

    Cancellation Fees:

    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

    Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice or no-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

    Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule services at no additional cost if done with at least 24 hours' notice. However, rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to availability and will be treated as a cancellation if unable to accommodate.

    Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.

    Holiday Cancellations: Cancellations or changes to services scheduled during major holidays may require additional notice and may be subject to different cancellation policies. Please refer to our holiday scheduling policy for more information.

    Communication: All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated directly to From Wags to Wiggles via phone call or email. Voicemail messages left after business hours will be considered received on the following business day.
